“Around the end of May 2020, the air conditioner in our home went out of service. Shocked but not surprised, as we had already been advised of that possibility a year earlier by the good folks at Newmans HVAC. It was HOT (90s) and the forecast was going to remain that way. As seniors in our 80s, we were not looking forward to sitting or sleeping with nothing but an oscillating fan for the next week or possibly weeks ahead before a replacement could be made.

With the COVID-19 virus restricting travel, we were stuck. This was a Wednesday. A call was made to Newmans and a technician by the name of "Julio" came out and within minutes, gave us the bad news. We needed a replacement! A few hours later Mr. Newmans sent me a selection of possible units and a proposal was made and accepted. The next day (Thursday) Mr. Newmans called to advise us that our new unit would be installed the next day (Friday) morning.

Now, how’s that for first class service! His technicians Julio, Ryan, Chase, and secretarial staff, were all very polite, courteous and efficient, as was to be expected from a Newmans employee. The response from my original call that I made to Newmans was nothing less than outstanding. Newmans HVAC company sets the standard for all other HVAC companies in North/Central Florida to follow. Thanks for a job that no one could have done better!”
